At Giftroza, we want every order to reach you smoothly and on time. To help us do that, please make sure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and correctly formatted at checkout. Double-check abbreviations, include all necessary details, and ensure spacing is correct. While we do our best to deliver every order promptly, we cannot take responsibility for delays or missed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error or because it was refused upon delivery, we’ll gladly issue a store credit for the value of the item(s), minus the original shipping fee. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.
If you choose to refuse a shipment from Giftroza, the original shipping fee, along with the cost of returning the package to us, will be deducted from any refund or store credit you receive.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. If the tracking shows the package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local postal service or delivery carrier. Unfortunately, Giftroza is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered, and we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in such situations.
Our current processing time is 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). This allows us to carefully handcraft, inspect, and prepare your order before shipment.
Please note: Some of our products are handmade, which may require a slightly longer processing period to ensure the highest quality. In addition, we take great care in packaging every order, so your item arrives safely and beautifully.
Kindly remember that processing time does not include shipping time — delivery duration will depend on the carrier and your location.
We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday) under regular circumstances. During holiday seasons or unexpected carrier delays, shipping times may be slightly longer — thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
