    1.Design and proofing

    The design of this bottle was inspired by designer Sara's love of mammals and their individual personalities. It began with concept sketches and was then refined through 3D modeling. Every curve and detail reflects exquisite artistry and precise craftsmanship.



    2.Material Selection and Smelting
    This bottle is crafted from high borosilicate glass, chosen for its strength, clarity, and heat resistance. Raw minerals are melted at 1200–1500°C, forming the flawless molten glass.

    3.Blowing and Forming
    Skilled artisans shape the molten borosilicate glass through traditional blowing and molding techniques. Each curve is carefully formed, giving the piece its distinctive silhouette and refined detail. 

    4.Annealing process

    After forming, it is slowly reheated to around 530–560°C, held to release internal stress, then cooled gradually. This process ensures strength, durability, and lasting brilliance.


    5.Finishing & Detailing
    Each bottle is refined by hand, with intricate textures and inspired details carefully polished to highlight its artistry and character.
