    Creative Processes.

    1.Design and proofing

    Inspired by the myths of legendary dragons, this bottle was first envisioned through concept sketches and refined in 3D modeling. Each curve and detail reflects both artistry and precision. 

    2.Material Selection and Smelting
    This bottle is crafted from high borosilicate glass, chosen for its strength, clarity, and heat resistance. Raw minerals are melted at 1200–1500°C, forming the flawless molten glass.

    3.Blowing and Forming
    Skilled artisans shape the molten borosilicate glass through traditional blowing and molding techniques. Each curve is carefully formed, giving the piece its distinctive silhouette and refined detail. 

     

    4.Annealing process

    After forming, it is slowly reheated to around 530–560°C, held to release internal stress, then cooled gradually. This process ensures strength, durability, and lasting brilliance.

    5.Finishing & Detailing
    Each bottle is refined by hand, with intricate textures and dragon-inspired details carefully polished to highlight its artistry and character.
